For
nearly six years, Cecilia has been great love of my life and my
inspiration.
She has supported me in every endeavor and has given me more than one
could ever hope for in a wife. Her smile is contagious and every
day I am thankful for her one lapse i n judgement - choosing me.
She
has been there with me through the good and bad. I have taken her
on countless mini-trips throughout America's heartland and beyond.
I
have taken her to exotic locales such as Union, Volo and Arlington
Heights in Illinois, and even to seeimingly foreign lands like
Milwaukee, New York and Louisville, Kentucky.
If it's related to
Abraham Lincoln,
she's been there and done that. She's seen the butter cow and
sat in an Indy car.
She has taken me places as well - most notably, three trips to Brazil.
On this website, you are mostly familiar with my travelogues, but it's important to understand, that except for Europe, she was at my side for every one. She's just VERY camera shy which is why you don't see her in many pictures.
Two and a half years ago, we stepped into a little wedding chapel in Las Vegas that I selected purely based on convenience (it was next door to our hotel) and changed our lives forever. Speaking for myself, it has definitely been for the better. I have gained a true partner and soul mate.
She
